“Santana Construction is absolutely the best around! Victor, Arturo and the rest of the team worked hard throughout the whole project to make the results even better than I could have ever imagined. What u wanted was a simple screen porch and patio area with a new fence, what a got was an immaculate screen porch with a spectacular patio and small built in seating area. Without a doubt I have the best backyard within miles! I would recommend Santana Construction to anyone that asks. They are thoughtful, respectful, offer options, they make sure they are always communicating with you and they take pride in every aspect of their work. Their work is of the best craftsmanship I have seen in years! I can’t wait to start my next project with Santana Construction! Thank you again Victor, Arturo and the rest of the Team!”

“Santana Company is an excellent company. The quality of their work, both in repair work and design/renovation is impeccable. We were informed ahead of time what they needed to do and the prices. We always had options. They work quietly and they are so friendly. Reasonable prices and high quality We will certainly call on them for all future repairs or renovations on our home. Thank you Santana!”

“We had an unexpected water damage situation in a wall between us and the condo attached. The Santana team came over the day it was found and we called. They quickly opened the damaged area walls so we could inspect the damage and get the remediation and insurance people going. When sure the water source had been resolved, they worked to repair the walls, replace the baseboards and carpet and do a couple other projects. Their team cleaned up well each day and were professional and courteous. Shout out to Victor, Arturo and the team! Thank you!”

“Victor Santana provided a unique and personalized experience! For us, we had multiple small requests and changes throughout and Victor, along with his highly skilled craftsman provided an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend him for all your construction projects. He truly brings a level of security and comfort to the project that I would not trust someone else to bring. He tailored everything to our specific needs and at a reasonable price. 5 stars out of 5 and can’t wait to complete our next project with Santana Construction!”

“So happy with all the work! Santana was not the cheapest, but they were absolutely the best value for the money. They were always so responsive, punctual, reliable and honest. Craftsmanship was excellent and they were by-the-book so we never had any doubt about inspections and permits. We were comfortable with every sub-contractor and tradesperson he hired and every person in our home was courteous, friendly and trustworthy. He was great at explaining every step and every choice without talking down to either one of us. Will hire again for everything we do to our house.”

“Bathroom remodel, removing old tub, toilet, shower, floor, and vanities and replacing them. Work also included painting, wall repair, moving electrical sockets and light fixtures. From the time the quote was offered for our bathroom remodel until the end of the project Victor was very good at communicating what to expect, answer questions, offer suggestions and listening to make changes as we requested when we changed our vision for the end result. Arturo was also very skilled and completed the work adding additional services to ensure the job was done right and completed in a timely manner. Everyone who came into the home including electricians and plumbers were very respectful and did a great job.”

“Great experience overall. I had a bathtub replaced that was previously cracked. Company showed up on time for the initial consultation and started work within one week. I had a newly installed tub within 8 days of the consultation. Finished product looked excellent with great quality. Everything was cleaned up by the end. Very professional service and great value. Will definitely use again for any other projects.”

“Excellent construction from Arturo and Victor Santana. Chimney removed and you would never know that there was a chimney. They were very courteous and careful with their presence in our home. Even in the heat they worked and kept going to get the job done. Pricing was fair and the outcome was better than we expected. We are seeking their work for another project due to such a great job,”

“These men are hard working, do excellent work, and are very professional.”

“They Remodel all my bathrooms! They are fantastic!”

“This is the second major project I’ve trusted Santana Construction with, and once again, Victor and his crew exceeded every expectation. Most recently, they remodeled my bathroom and handled roof and gutter repairs—everything was done with precision, professionalism, and a real sense of care. Three years ago, Victor saved me from a renovation nightmare after another company botched my kitchen remodel. He and his team stepped in, fixed the damage, and gave me a kitchen I absolutely love. Throughout both projects, Victor guided me through every step, always 100% honest and transparent. Home repairs and remodels can be incredibly stressful—especially in a house built in 1910—but Victor made it feel manageable and even enjoyable. Santana Construction has truly been a blessing to my home. If you want a crew that shows up, stands by their work, and treats your home like their own, look no further.”
